Hi all!
I'm working with linux servers for some years now, but as for a desktop I still used Windoze. This year, with kernel 2.6, GNOME 2.6 etc..., I decided it's time to move on.
I tried debian, but I was not satisfied with their pace regarding new bleeding edge stuff.
Then I started to test FC2test2, test3 and about one month ago after ensuring I have all needed applications for my tasks I completely moved to FC2final.
All my worries I had about missing apps etc. were completely causeless!
The past month was a real great experience with FC2 and I can't imagine going back to that security hole (win&§/&) again.
Thank you very much and hugz to the gals and guys @ RedHat, who have done such a great disto, especially in regard of all the new stuff, like the kernel 2.6, Xorg etc...! Keep up the excellent work!!! :-))) And of course also a big thank you to all listmembers !!! :-)
