[FC2] Error in shutdownd

During shutdown of my system I get a warning that there is a failure in 
closing ppp0.
I note that I have this sequence

Closure of ppp0 = OK
Closure of eth0 = OK
Closure of eth1 = OK
Closure of ppp0 = Failure

How many times is ppp0 stopped????

This behaviour is similar on two sister machines (my home and office 
routers, that' why I have eth0 and eth1...)
