parted -> http://www.gnu.org/software/parted/parted.html

qtparted -> http://qtparted.sourceforge.net/

qtparted is some kind of graphical version of parted, using a QT based
GUI over the libparted; check limitations of both tools regarding
different filesystems.

These tools are for resizing partitions. Linux tools for partitioning
are fdisk, sfdisk, cfdisk. fdisk comes with Fedora and can be chosen
during installation by switching to a console. You do not have to use
Disk Druid (or automatic partitioning) during install.
