I Use the following:

# Fedora Core (University of Hawaii Honolulu, Hawaii, USA)
rpm http://download.fedora.us/fedora/ fedora/2/i386 os updates
 
# Fedora Extras (University of Hawaii Honolulu, Hawaii, USA)
rpm http://download.fedora.us/fedora/ fedora/2/i386 stable
 
# Macromedia (Pacific, University of Hawaii)
rpm http://macromedia.mplug.org/apt/ fedora/2 macromedia
 
rpm http://rpm.livna.org/ fedora/2/i386 stable testing unstable
rpm http://apt.sw.be/ fedora/2/en/i386 dag
rpm http://ayo.freshrpms.net/ fedora/linux/2/i386 core freshrpms os updates tupdates
