Hi,
is someone else experiencing loads of I/O errors from SCSI subsystem while running SMP kernel. It happens every few days here on a Dell Poweredge 2400 (dual p3-733). Now it's been running UP kernel ( 2.6.5-1.358) for 4 days without any I/O difficulties at all.
The I/O errors occur so that all I can do on the box is a cold reboot. Not nice..
At least kernel-smp-2.6.5-1.358 is a problematic kernel. I don't dare testing the latest (2.6.6-1.427) as the box is supposed to be a production box (:
Any clues?
