Re: Change Grub Default Kernel?

On a related note, does grub support a "one-shot" switch to other than the default kernel? This was a nice feature in LILO that allowed one to test a kernel and, if it failed to boot, power-cycle the box (using remote outlet control) and recover back to the original kernel. Without that feature, one needs some kind of remote console, which typically eats another IP address.
