Actually, I did go there, and the updates are there:

The first mirror in my list is:

Which shows an available upgrade to cups; I'm running 1.1.20-6 and
1.1.20-11 is on the server. Why am I not getting these?
Your mirror is slow at upgrading. Go to the URL above and you will see
that the updates aren't there.
