Sorry, I thought you were doing a manual upgrade to FC2 using apt-get. Whenever I have problems with apt-get/yum, I typically use the opposite to dig me out of the hole. If you followed the upgrade procedure to FC2 and it worked, you should have all of the requisite dependencies for the freshrpms version of apt-get.
