The easiest way to install that would be to use apt-get go to
http://www.fedora.us/wiki/FedoraHOWTO download apt for fc2 then as root
install it and run apt-get then do 1 of 2 things either type apt-get
install synaptic which will give you a pretty gui to install with then
find and install xfce or just go apt-get install xfce4
