kernel parameters are described in
/usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-2.6.5/kernel-parameters.txt if you have the
kernel-doc rpm installed.

rhgb is a redhat specific option to enable the redhat graphical boot
facility, see the rhgb rpm for more details.
