You have to boot the install disc with "linux selinux". Then in the
firewall configuration screen there will be a option to configure
SELinux (in enforcing , permissive or disabled)(it was in the firewall
config screen during the test releases, but it may have changed) . 
Be prepared to have some hard moments if you configure SELinux to
enforcing. Permissive is the best solution now , as it spits a lot of
warnings but still leaves things working...
