Or if you're replying to something that was said in the first part of the email, then don't include the second part of the email if you don't need to. Also, it would be nice if people could check existing replies _before_ they themselve reply to a mail. A lot of times someone asks a question and they get 10 replies all stating the same thing... now i know we can't completely avoid that, but if you can already see a couple of replies to a certain mail, please check those replies first before sending _your_ reply. Nobody needs to see the same answer repeated over and over again. Just my 2 cents
