Ahem.  Semantic pedantry follows:

Please don't use the nonsense phrase "X Windows".  For decades, the
correct name has been "the X <pause> window system", or simply "X11".  
The only instance where one is allowed to utter anything remotely
similar is when one speaks of being an "ex-Windows" user.
