Hello!
I discovered two small problems with the look of KDE in Fedora Core 2:
1.) My Trashcan appears to be full even if empty. I think I remember an identical question to this list but I can't find it anymore and searching this newsgroup for "kde" and "trash" or "waste" returns nothing. Would be nice if someone can tell me how to teach my Trashcan to look empty when it's empty or point me to the original thread if there was a solution for this.
2.) I use a transparent Panel and there is always an annoying little grey square in the system part of the panel where the little keyring shows up when i used some system config tool which requires root privileges. Is it possible to get rid of the grey square, maybe by shutting down the service that's responsible for displaying the keyring?
I placed a screenshot of my desktop showing both, the empty/full Trashcan and the grey square at my Panel on the web: http://caput.org/screenshot-kde.jpg
