ClamAV + worm in mbox file

Hi Guys,

	I recently just installed ClamAV on my system and upon scanning my
mailing list mbox files, it reported a worm (Worm.Wallon.?? something
like that)

if I tried with the --remove line, my whole mbox file gets deleted.

Is there anyway to remove the virus without deleting my whole mbox
file??
