Not having libselinux-devel installed was my problem.  Thanks for the pointer.
I had been corresponding with the developers on IRC, and they had no solution 
but to install SELinux, which I didn't want to do.

The .run file is the all-in-one installer that installs giFt, Apollon, and the 
3 plugins for the different networks.

I had to create the ~/.giFT/FastTrack and ~/.giFT/Gnutella directories 
manually, the installer didn't do that, though it did create the 
~/.giFT/OpenFT directory.  Did you have that issue?

I'm currently connected to FastTrack, and Gnutella, waiting for OpenFT to 
connect for some time.  Did you connect to all 3 quickly?
