Installing FC2 on a Dell Dimension L

Hi.  I have a Standard Dell Dimension LXXXR, P 3 800, Which worked with FC1.  IT Panics after attempting to load /sbin/loader.  Only things different are the CD Rom, some no name brand, and the Sound card, A TBS Santacruse.
