Webalizer puts its files in /var/www/html/usage
When I try to access that file under FC2, I get a 403-Forbidden error. The log shows
[error] [client 192.168.123.169] client denied by server configuration:
/var/www/usage/
I think you need to use http://server/usage/ since the document root is /var/www/html and usage dir is under that.
