The gstreamer.spec > and rhythmbox.spec didn't give me any clues either... > Thanks for your time. i think you also need libid3tag... you can get it from freshrpms i installed libmad, libid3tag, and the gstreamer-plugins-mp3 package and then rhythmbox was able to play mp3s just fine
