Not a problem if the md5sum matches.

The date on the mirror is simply the date of the bits on the file
system of the mirror not the contents.  The bits were frozen and
placed on the master site days before the mirrors were scheduled to
expose the bits.  A quick glance and things look correct.... the
master has dates sooner than mirrors.  Since even the master site can
be reorganized or replicated do not be shocked if the dates change
some time in the future.
