What should the directory permissions be on /var/lib/news/tmp? I have
644 news.news, but I'm getting:

touch: cannot touch `/var/lib/news/tmp/doex3273': Permission denied
chmod: cannot access `/var/lib/news/tmp/doex3273': Permission denied
/usr/lib/news/bin/news.daily: line 225: /var/lib/news/tmp/doex3273: Permission denied

I fear I might have changed something inadvertently whilst setting up INN.
