I see it too.
Somehow the key code mapping is broken.

With a KVM switch FC2 acts badly and FC1 OK.  ssh into FC2 from FC1 is
OK.  FC2 at the console is not ok. (same physical keyboard)

This should be enough for you to file a bugzilla.
