We need to ask the packager(s) of iiimf-gtk and iiimf-x :-).

The bugs were in iiimgcf and iiimxcf.
      * gtkimcontextiiim.c: should enable input method by default when
        there is no _IM_SETTINGS.
      * iiimp/guiIM.c: should enable input method by default when there
        is no _IM_SETTINGS.
