To get the ISO image file use "wget -c ftp://ftp.server.of.your.choice/path/FC2-i386-disk4.iso". To burn it run "cdrecord -v FC2-i386-disk4.iso", given that you configured /etc/cdrecord.conf to know about your burner device.
