In the past there was a special yum/ directory. It missing now AFAICS

Simply Change something like this
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/1/i386/yum/stable/
to
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/

Headers are now found by yum in 

http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/2/i386/RPMS.stable/headers
