Others pointed you already to the usage of aliased devices (ethX:Y).
Fedora has a build in mechanism to assign a range of IPs without much
work. That solution was already pasted formerly here on the list; just
grab the archive.

A not standard way by modification of the ifup script I am using "ip
add" command to not use aliased devices but assign additional IPs from
the same net to the main ethernet device. I posted the code snippled in
the thread I spoke about above.
