Please stop the questions on release time, it's only noise.
The schedule is on fedora.redhat.com, and you can wait for the
announcement email same or next day.

If you are so impatient, get latest TEST version and upgrade by rawhide,
but stop asking about it or hitting Reload every 1 min on the mirrors :)
