That's the correct version.  The reason it wasn't working for me was
that the copy I was using was corrupt or just plain wrong.

For those that are interested you can obtain the correct tarball
from:

http://www.anomalistic.org/vpnclient/vpnclient-linux-4.0.4.A-k9.tar
