That indicates a conflict with installed packages or one of the
repositories in your list. What does

  rpm -qa 'mplayer*'

return? The 1.0-0.lvn.0.4.pre3.1 versions of mplayer and mplayer-gui
are both in the "unstable" repository, so nothing is missing.
