DEC Ethernet card not working

Hi.

I have a DECchip 21041 ethernet card.  FC can detected it and tries to 
use the tulip driver.  However when I try to bring up eth0 it does not work.

Any ideas?  Is there a generic driver I can use?  If so how do I select 
another driver and have it stick (after a reboot).
