The standard FC1 command includes "-nolisten tcp", which means (from the Xserver man page): -nolisten trans-type disables a transport type. For example, TCP/IP connections can be disabled with -nolisten tcp. So, no, it doesn't use TCP because it has been disabled. -- William Hooper
