Law, I successfully deployed an LTSP based Fedora Core 1. The only glitch I had so far was a gdm update (because of a XDMCP bug) Regarding the resources, I'm writing a LTSP-4 HOWTO based on Fedora, wan't to test it? E-mail me if you're interested.
