Yeas it's ext3, but realy I don't have Credit Card so that I can purchase
that software, and now I lost the connection to the server, but I stell has
ftp connection to the server, can you help please?

Uhh... I believe the standard answer for this is that you can't (I'm
assuming that the partition is ext3).  

There is a site, http://www.stellarinfo.com which sells ($90 USD) a tool
they claim will recover ext3 data.  I've never used it, so I have no
idea how or how well it works.

If it's an ext2 filesystem, try http://recover.sourceforge.net.
