Hi, Not really a Fedora related but I know there are lots of experts here :) I need to change my Monitor and am considering a TFT, I have followed a thread here before and know what sort of spec's I need to go for, contrast ratio and refresh etc.. However some of the TFT's I have been looking at are mainly analogue (15 pin mini D-sub) but some also have a DVI input, this would mean I would need to change my Vidoecard. What are the pro's and con's of Analogue v DVI? The main use for my machine here is general Desktop work and building/testing packages and the occasional 3D game like UT3 or watch a DVD to let off steam.. Any tips and advice would be most welcome, I am very tempted with the Iiyama TFT's but in my price range only analogue is possible.
