Just curious if any of the official fedora folks had made a decision on an official symbol. It's kind of embarrassing to be the only distro that I know of that doesn't have an easily identifiable logo. Hell, distrowatch.com is using the red fedora with the word fedora below it, which I *think* is a violation of RedHat's trademark.

Good question. Related to this, which I just filed:

I was kinda working on the assumption that the red fedora *was* the Fedora
logo now, but, yeah, it's certainly quite Red Hat-ish.

What, you don't like the quasi-italic "F" in a blue box as shown in your "Address" window when you hit http://fedora.redhat.com? I think that's the logo. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- - Rick Stevens, Senior Systems Engineer rstevens@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - - VitalStream, Inc. http://www.vitalstream.com - - - - Life: That which happens while you search for the remote control. - ----------------------------------------------------------------------
