You can get GnoCHM from dag.wieers.com. It'll require some other
dependencies from dag (libchm, python-chm) and from the Fedora CDs (some
python stuff). It works. So far I haven't had any problems with it. Of
course I'm only using it to view PHP's .chm Documentation.
