Why don't you discuss your problems with the ATrpms repository
on some of the mailinglists specific to ATrpms:
http://lists.atrpms.net/mailman/listinfo/

I would hope that the ATrpms userbase community would be actively
engaged in the ATrpm specific mailinglists to help other ATrpm users
like yourself deal with ATrpm specific repository problems.

And atrpms has its own bugzilla now. Feel free to file a bugreport
about the missing dependancy issues there.
