Have you gone to a modem speed test site to see what the speed is?

agentenu200-652.exe: 0.29/ 3.64 MB 21.14 kB/s

The above speed is 210,140 bits per second.

Here is a modem speed test site.

Your CURRENT maximum throughput to the WVI Backbone Network is:

26.375 K/sec

211 kilobits per second

0.0257568359375 Mb/sec

0.2060546875 megabits per second

DSL Connection Speed is generally advertised in kilobits per second,
naming both the download speed and upload speed. (example DSL 640/256)
