You might mount the Samba share then to the mountpoint of the cdrom from
which you installed.

A different way would be to just create a yum repository from the 3 CDs
on the central server and put that repository into the source file for
up2date or in yum.conf for getting Core packages. I would prefer that
way, because it would also take care of the cases, when on the mirror
server there are update packages available for things you want to
install.
