Where is the shebang line in the script? Or did you erase that before
pasting? How does your manually created runlevel link look? You had to
link it manually as the script is not chkconfig conform. What is your
standard runlevel? If you are running in runlevel 3 (which means no X)
then the link must be in /etc/rc3.d/, if you are running runlevel 5
(means X running) then the link must be in /etc&/rc5.d/.
