Boot the second computer with a rescue cd, create a partition table using
fdisk, format all partitions (using mkfs.ext3, mkswap, etc..), export the
file system on the original using NFS, mount the exported file system on
the new PC, and copy all of the files to the appropriate partitions.  Set
the partition's labels using e2label as "/boot", "/", etc.  Run
"grub-install '(hd0)'" on the new PC (or "lilo" if you use lilo).  Reboot
the new computer and you should be done.
