Use http://rpm.livna.org/ Read the directions carefully.
Out of curiosity, is anyone else completely unable to access livna today? Their 'official mirror list' was never upgraded from 'coming soon' that I'm aware of, meaning that everyone with rpm.livna.org in their yum.conf or equivalent is moderately hosed if something happens to that one system.
This is Not a Good Thing.
