I followed these instructions

And installed IE6. I used method 2 to install. The installation will
fail but you have all the cab files you need to complete the install.
You will need to reboot the wine windows system with wine wineboot.
I'm running FC1 and using wine 20040321 which I got from yum install
wine. After that I installed Dreamweaver 4 with no problems.
