If you are switching networks that often, do what the installer does:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost myhost.mydomain myhost

Or, I have also seen suggested:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
127.0.0.2 myhost.mydomain myhost

That way you don't have to make any changes to the /etc/hosts, just don't
expect someone else to be able to connect to your hostname (even if you
use the DHCP address).
