Enlightenment wants the "imlib-config" utility. This is provided by the
imlib-devel-1.9.13-14 rpm shipped with FC1. Confirm you have this
installed. If so, confirm it is in your path. It will be in /usr/bin, if
you have installed imlib-devel from FC1.
