For rpm from the command line;
rpm -ivh xmms-aac-2.0-1.rc3.rhfc1.ccrma.i386.rpm
For yum;
yum install xmms

Now for Real Player, this is not a GNU licensed package. You will have
to Google it, or, go to <wp.netscape.com/plugins/get_real.html> and
follow their directions.
