Ok, then you will not be lucky with openvpn, since you need admin rights
to install the client and add the ssl keys.

So you'll have to use IPsec or PPTP Client, but I never tried PPTP.

For PPTP I already gave you the url for a fedora specific howto, if you
have troubles with configuration of IPsec, you can try webmin, it
includes a frontend to IPsec.
