Fedora Core 2 test2 and 2.6 kernel questions

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,
according to fedora WebSite,
http://fedora.redhat.com,

"Fedora Core 2 test2 Available!
A test release of Fedora Core 2 is now available from Red Hat and at distinguished mirror sites near you, .... This test release is specifically designed for SELinux testing, as well as testing the 2.6 kernel..."

questions:

is the official long awaited 2.6.0 kernel (or 2.6.1,2.6.2 , etc.).?
Is it a full kernel release or only a part of it ?

what is approximately the intended time interval between test2 to test 3 , to test4?
Is it a week or 2 ? or 1-2 months ?

regards, John
