Sorry Alexander, :-) but it does. Webmin -> Servers -> Bind -> Module
Config (Top left corner) ->

>BIND paths Chroot directory to run BIND under 
>[]Default 
>[x] /var/named/chroot   
>Is named.conf under chroot directory? [x] Yes    No   

I think it reads the option from /etc/syconfig/named at install.

Works 4 Me (TM), but I still do all config on bind manually since I
tried redhat-config-bind and it really fubared the server.
