Missing Qt3 libraries for K3b install.

Hi Chad,
I finally got down to installing K3b and at this
point I'm at ./configure, once I execute this command
everything seems to be going alright until this
process looks for the Qt3 libraries and headers.
According to the log this process generated Qt3
libraries and headers couldn't be located. Now
thinking I might need to install that package to get
things going again, I looked at rhn, fresh rpm's and
livna.org for this pakage with no luck. I also looked
at the rpm install logs to see if it had been
installed with no luck also.
The other required packages were installed
without any issues or errors. at the time I was signed
in on my root account. the only variation was I
couldn't get gunzip to open the file so I went to the
folder that contained K3b and right clicked on that
file and selected "Extract To" which successfully
completed. Also I need to mention that this was being
done on gnome.
thanks again for your help and patience. If you
could provide me some background to qt3 or even a link
to find it so I can install it that would be great.
